Manage how you receive payments from tips, products, and services.
Connecting Payment Processors
- Go to Settings → Payments
- Choose your preferred payment processor
- Click "Connect" and follow the setup wizard
- Verify your business information
- Complete identity verification
Supported Payment Methods
- Stripe: Credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay (2.9% + $0.30)
- PayPal: PayPal balance and cards (2.99% + $0.49)
- Cash App: Direct Cash App payments
- Venmo: Link to your Venmo profile
Payout Schedule
- Free Plan: Weekly automatic payouts
- Pro Plan: Daily or instant payouts available
- Minimum Payout: $10 minimum balance
Transaction Fees
- hoo.be Fee (Free): 5% platform fee
- hoo.be Fee (Pro): 0% platform fee
- Payment Processor: 2.9-3% + per-transaction fee
